We provide a multitude of services to handle many different areas of building
and property management. Below are the only services we currently provide.
Daily Services: (5 days per week, Monday-Friday) - Empty Trash, replacing liners as needed - Clean Restrooms Sanitize Toilets & Urinals Sanitize Sinks Sweep & Mop Floors Refill Toilet Paper Dispensers Refill Paper Towels Dispensers Refill Hand Soap Dispensers - Clean Break Rooms Refill Paper Towel Dispensers Empty Trash, replacing liners as needed Sweep & Mop Hard Floors - Vacuum entryway mats - Sweep & Mop entryway Weekly Services: - Vacuum carpeted floors - Dust desktops - Sweep & Mop other areas - Clean entryway glass doors Monthly Services: - Remove cobwebs Any other services requested, including consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, hand soap) will be billed to client at an additional cost as outlined in our terms and agreements. In exchange for the lowest pricing in the industry, we ask our clients to use email only as communication with our sales and client services staff. Service on federal or religious holidays is an additional cost. Terms and agreements are subject to change. |
