Customer Service
We have no more important relationships than those with our customers. Whether it be a very hands-on approach with daily interaction, or just a monthly customer check-in, we can provide the level of customer service you desire. We have created several methods of communication to interact with clients. Some of them include:

 

Email & the 6-second response

Every time you send us an email about your services, a copy is sent to your project manager's cell phone within 6 seconds from when you send it. This enables us to respond quickly whether we are in the office or out on site. We can usually begin working on any email communication within 60 seconds.

 

Email Addresses

All customers are provided the email addresses of the respective project manager and the stand-by manager, just in case something comes up after hours. We understand the importance of being available anytime, so we are. 

 

Monthly Visitations

In addition to Quality Control inspections, a project manager will be on site at least once per month to make sure you are satisfied with your service. The  project manager forwards any comments to cleaning staff and if needed, to the Quality Control staff.

 

Monthly Questionnaires

Each month some clients receive a quality questionnaire that allows them to rate their service. We pay special attention to these questionnaires to make sure any non-quality issues are resolved immediately.
